National Plan for Control Activities on Chemical Products 2023
The National Plan for control activities on chemical products for the year 2023 has been published on the website of the Ministry of Health (HERE).
This year’s inspections will mainly focus on verifying the compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and the resulting compliance of labels (classification, labelling, and packaging according to REACH and CLP Regulations). Additional attention will be given to imported products and products sold online.
