Amendments to Annex III of Reg. 1223/2009/EU - Allergens
From 16 August 2023 the changes to Annex III of Reg. 1223/2009/EU on cosmetic products, defined by Reg. 1545/2023/EU, will become effective.
These are mainly allergenic substances that will necessarily be indicated on the label, if the defined threshold concentrations are exceeded.
