New CLP ATP XIX and XX

Last summer, Delegated Regulations (EU) 2023/1434 (XIX ATP) and 2023/1435 (XX ATP) were published, amending the CLP Regulation.
The changes introduced by the two regulations are interrelated: the XIX ATP introduces three new notes to Annex VI, which are then associated in the XX ATP with certain entries of harmonised classification and labelling of hazards.
