National Plan for Control Activities on Chemical Products – Year 2024

On June 6, the Ministry of Health published the “National Plan for Control Activities on Chemical Products – Year 2024”.
The Plan was prepared by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Interregional Technical Group REACH–CLP, the National Centre for Chemicals, Cosmetic Products and Consumer Protection of the Higher Institute of Health, and the Network of Control Laboratories in implementation of the State–Regions Agreement of May 7, 2015.

This plan continues to support integrated controls also on other products where additional regulations apply beyond REACH, such as the POPs Regulation, the RoHS Directive and the Toy Safety Directive, encouraging cooperation among the various authorities involved.
The activities envisaged by the plan are carried out in cooperation with customs authorities.
