Del. Reg. (EU) 2023/707 - New hazard classes
The European Commission has published a delegated regulation amending the CLP regulation by establishing new hazard classes and criteria for the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
These changes will have significant consequences, involving the updating of registration dossiers, safety data sheets, PCN notifications, labels.
