Reg. EU 2023/1490 – Omnibus VI
From December 1st, 2023 the Reg. (EU) 2023/1490 enters into force and the substances classified as CMR with the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/692 (ATP XVIII) are included in Annex II of the Cosmetics Reg. In this regard, news had already been given with a specific alert dated 16 May 2022.
